Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you wear. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy exchanges based on the following guidelines:

1. Eligibility for Exchange

• Products must be in original packaging with all tags intact (if any).
• Exchange requests must be initiated within 2–3 days of delivery.

2. Process for Exchange

Email your exchange request to office@amourino.in within the stipulated time frame. Please include your order number and reason for exchange.

3. Shipping Charges

• We will arrange pickup for the product being exchanged at no cost to you.
• The shipping charge for delivery of the exchanged product is ₹50 and will be borne by the customer.

4. Non-Refundable Policy

Please note that we do not offer refunds — only exchanges are allowed.
