Amourinó is an online store offering fashion and lifestyle products across India.

2. Payments

• We accept payments through Razorpay including Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, UPI, and Wallets.
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

3. Shipping

• We deliver across India.
• Orders are usually delivered within 7–10 business days.
• A flat shipping charge of ₹50 applies to all orders.

4. Exchange Policy

• We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are permitted under specific conditions.
• Items must be in original packaging with tags (if any).
• Exchange requests must be initiated within 2–3 days of delivery by emailing office@amourino.in.
• Pickup for exchange will be handled by us. However, shipping for the exchanged item will be borne by the customer.

5. User Data & Privacy

We collect personal data such as your name, email, contact number, shipping address, and more for order processing, logistics, and marketing purposes. Your data is handled securely and in compliance with applicable laws.
